What is Discover?
In Discover you decide profile by profile: swipe right or tap the heart to like, swipe left or tap the cross to pass, swipe up or tap the star for a Super Like. If you both like each other, it’s a match.

What is the Daily Drop?
Once a day, a selection of profiles that have received a particularly large number of likes in the last two weeks and match your search filters. Elody does not show popularity scores or rankings.

What is a Super Like?
A like that stands out: you send it with the star or by swiping up. Under “Likes” the other person sees your Super Like with a blue star.

A free questionnaire with 40 questions based on the Big Five model. It is a playful matching aid, not a psychological diagnosis.

Can others see my personality type?
Only if you switch it on: under Einstellungen › Privatsphäre › Kontakte & Sichtbarkeit (settings, privacy, contacts and visibility) there are two switches for this, both off by default. Others never see your raw answers.

Can I choose where I search?
Yes. Under “Wo du suchst” (where you search) you choose the area and a radius from 5 to 160 km or “Überall” (everywhere). Others only see a rough distance level for you, never your location.
