Promotion terms: “3 months of Premium free”

1. Organiser

The organiser of the promotion is the operator named in the legal notice (Impressum).

2. Promotion

The first 100 people to complete their sign-up for the waiting list via the confirmation link (double opt-in) receive, at the launch of the Elody app, free access for 3 months to the Premium features available at that time.

3. Order

The order is determined by the time of confirmation of the email address, not the time of sign-up. Each person takes part once with one email address.

4. Period

The promotion runs from now until the official launch of the Elody app. The organiser may, for good cause, end the promotion early or adjust it.

5. Redemption

The reward will be made available at the launch of the app. It is allocated via your confirmed email address: if you register in the app with the same address, the Premium period will be credited to you.

6. Scope

The reward covers 3 months of the Premium features available at launch. A cash payout or transfer to third parties is excluded.

7. No legal entitlement

There is no legal entitlement to the reward. In addition, the privacy policy and the legal notice (Impressum) apply.
